South Milford Surgery is a 3-partner, semi-rural practice, situated in the village of South Milford located within the District of Selby.
The Doctors, Nurses and staff at South Milford Surgery are dedicated to providing high quality health care in a friendly, professional and modern setting, to all its patients, whatever their needs.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient's needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur, as well as providing specialist management of long term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your own home such as order a repeat prescriptions, book or cancel an appointment online if you are registered for this service. You can also use eReception below to book routine appointments or if you have an enquiry regarding you medication etc, and anyone registered at the practice can use this service.

Saturday Flu Clinics 2019
If you are attending a Saturday Flu clinic, wherever possible, please can you walk to Surgery as parking is limited
After 33 years working within the NHS Dr Anne Mackenzie retired on 26th July 2019.
Dr Mackenzie has been a valued member of the team at South Milford and we know she will be missed by patients and colleagues alike.
We all wish her well for the future in her retirement.
Any patients who saw Dr Mackenzie on a regular basis are free to make an appointment with any member of the GP team to continue their care.

eReception is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to enable patients to contact the practice. We can only reply to your enquiries between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Outside these hours we will respond the next working day. Weekend submissions will be dealt with on Monday.

Please note: eReception should only be used for routine enquiries - please do NOT use eReception for urgent matters. If your matter is urgent please speak to reception directly either by phone or in person at the surgery.
Please also be aware that if you are wanting to book an appointment with a GP or a nurse, eReception is for ROUTINE appointments ONLY and these may be up to 4 weeks in advance
